Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are only possible on items which are deemed faulty by Kinfolk Child.

Refund for fault process:

  • Contact must be made within 14 days of order delivery, in writing via email to hello@kinfolkchild.co with photos of fault uploaded.
  • If the garment is deemed faulty, a refund (using the same method in which the customer paid) or exchange (for garment of same value) will be provided within 1 week of receiving garment back – All shipping costs will also be refunded.

 

Change of mind – Exchange available only

Have you purchased the incorrect size or colour or  had a change of mind since purchasing?

Kinfolk Child will exchange your garment if:

- item is returned unused, in original condition within 14 days of purchase 

- customer may choose another item (must be instock) of equal value (or higher where customer pays difference) 

- At the cost to the customer. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (return postage & resending postage costs)

To avoid disappointment please use our measurement charts when placing your order. All care is taken to ensure the images used on our website are the truest form of the garment, however due to different screen resolutions colours may vary slightly.
